Delete your Camiouna account
Camiouna is a truck transport app in Algeria. You can delete your account and its personal data at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app
Account → Data & account → Delete my account, then confirm. The account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Send a request by email with the phone number of the account. To make sure the account is yours, Camiouna contacts you on that number before deleting it.

What is deleted
Your public name, phone number and profile photo are removed, and signing in to the account becomes impossible.
What is kept
Records of bookings, requests, ratings and transporter fees are kept as transaction records, with the names and phone numbers recorded in bookings.
An account cannot be deleted while a booking is in progress or a request is open: finish or cancel them first.
